Beef roast should be cooked at 325 deg. F. for 40 minutes per pound of meat.

Veal roast should be cooked at 325 deg. F. at 50 minutes per pound of meat.

Broil sirloin (1" thick cut) 8 minutes per side for rare, 10-14 minutes per side for medium, 12-15 minutes per side for well done.

Veal chops need 15-20 minutes (for 1" thick).
