If your organization offers high risk sports activities, such as sky diving, heli-skiing, or white water rafting, you need to protect yourself against claims for injury to or death of participants. Make sure each participant executes this Release and Waiver of Liability prior to taking part in the sport. The participant waives any and all claims that he/she may have now or in future against the organization providing the activity.
