Use this package to prepare documents required for a short form vertical amalgamation in the Province of Alberta. A vertical amalgamation is where a parent corporation amalgamates with a wholly-owned subsidiary, in other words all of the shares in the subsidiary company are owned by the parent corporation. The package contains:

Amalgamation Agreement,
Statutory Declaration re solvency required under the Business Corporations Act,
corporate resolutions for each of the companies,
