Use this template to prepare a Covenant Not to Sue, to be given by one or more persons (covenantors) who may have an interest, right or claim arising under a particular agreement. Each of the covenantors covenants with the parties to the agreement that they will not sue any of them in respect to the agreement, and acknowledging what the extent of their interest is.
