Use this template to create a Statutory Declaration to be sworn by an employee of a corporation which is a party in a syndicated mortgage transaction in Canada.

The employee is purchasing units in the syndicated mortgage, and due to his/her employment with one of the parties to the transaction, must make the declaration pursuant to Securities Act exemptions.
