Use this template to prepare a Net Equipment Lease Agreement for Canada between a supplier (the lessor) and a customer (the lessee). Provisions of the lease include:

• the lessee is to maintain all warranties, guarantees and insurance on the rental items;
  
• ownership remains with lessor until the end of the lease;
  
• relationship of the parties is that of independent contractors;
  
• indemnity of the lessor by the lessee will survive termination of the contract;
  
• no abatement of rent during any down-time of the equipment.
