Use this template to create a custom Janitorial Services Contract for a condominium project. This agreement is made between a condominium corporation and an independent contractor who will provide janitorial services for the building. Key provisions of the contract include:

• The contractor will provide cleaning supplies and the condo corporation will provide equipment, such as the vacuum cleaner, and lightbulbs for the building fixtures.
  
• The contractor is responsible for remitting his/her own income tax, workers compensation, and other required deductions.
  
• The corporation may terminate on written notice if the services provided are not up to standards.
