Sign up a sponsor for a concert or theater performance (or a series of performances) with this template Sponsorship Agreement, between the sponsor and the promoter / manager of the performer(s). Provisions of the Agreement include:

• The sponsor agrees to provide the venue(s), staff, security, publicity and other items and services necessary to stage the performance.
  
• The promoter will provide publicity materials, costumes, make-up, stage props and other items involved with the production.
  
• The promoter will ensure that the performers are on time and ready for all performances and rehearsals.
  
• The sponsor has the right to record, tape and broadcast the performance.
