| Waiver of Moral Rights in Copyright ($7.50) | |
Use this template to prepare a Waiver of Moral Rights, under which the author of a work waives his or her moral rights in the copyright of the work, in order to allow another party to make use of the work anywhere in the world.
An author's moral rights comprise the right to be identified as the creator of a work and the right to object to derogatory treatment of a work which prejudices the author's reputation. Moral rights do not transfer with the ownership of the copyright and cannot be sold or otherwise transferred, but they can be waived by the author.
This is a generic copyright form in MS Word format, and is not specific to any country or region.
