Use this template to create a Ten Working Day Notice from Tenant to Landlord for New Zealand. This form of notice would be served by a tenant on a landlord who is in breach of his / her duties as a landlord, pursuant to the Residential Tenancies Act 1986. The letter gives the landlord notice that s/he has 10 working days (business days) to correct the problem or the tenant will make an application to the Tenancy Tribunal and / or terminate the tenancy.
