UK Contract for Employment ($25.00)

Use this template to prepare a Contract for Employment between an employer and a new employee, for use in the United Kingdom. Provisions of the contract include:


  • job title, duties and responsibilities of the employee;
  • rate of pay, hours of work and normal place of work;
  • employee's whole time and attention to be devoted to duties to the employer, except that the employee may hold shares in a publicly traded company (up to 5%);
