Equipment Lease Clauses re Calculation of Lease Charges, Price Protection Period ($7.50)

Insert these optional clauses into an equipment lease to provide for the following:


  • The lease payments and charges will be determined by the lessors current purchase prices.
  • Provisions for a price protection period for on-order equipment in the event of price increases during the back-order period.
